What We Collect
When you create an event or RSVP, we store:
- Event details: Title, date, location, description
- RSVP responses: Name, and optionally email/phone if the organizer requests it
- Technical data: IP addresses for rate limiting (not linked to events)
How We Use Your Data
- Display event information to guests
- Show RSVP responses to event organizers
- Send webhook notifications if configured by the organizer
- Prevent abuse through rate limiting
Data Sharing
- Webhooks: If an organizer configures a webhook, RSVP data (name, email, phone) is sent to their specified URL
- No advertising: We don't sell data or show ads
- No third-party analytics: We don't use Google Analytics or similar services
Data Retention
All event data is automatically deleted 24 hours after the event ends. This includes:
- Event details
- All RSVP responses
- Any uploaded image URLs
Rate limiting data expires automatically and is not linked to personal information.
Your Rights
- Access: Ask the event organizer for your data
- Deletion: Contact the organizer to remove your RSVP, or wait for automatic deletion
- No account: We don't have user accounts, so there's no profile to delete
Security
- All data transmitted over HTTPS
- Events protected by unguessable URL tokens
- No passwords stored (there are no accounts)
- Data stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure
Cookies
We don't use cookies for tracking. The only storage used is for essential functionality.
