By using yup/no ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Description of Service
yup/no is a free event RSVP tool. You can create events, share invite links, and collect responses without creating an account.
3. User Responsibilities
- Don't use the Service for illegal purposes
- Don't spam or abuse the system
- Don't collect personal information without consent
- Keep your admin links secure—anyone with the link can manage your event
4. Data Retention
Event data (including RSVPs) is automatically deleted 24 hours after the event ends. We don't keep backups of deleted data.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, data preservation, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost data, missed events, or embarrassing party planning failures.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
